- ഏഴാം ക്ലാസ്സ് അല്ലെങ്കില് തേര്ഡ് ഫോറം പാസ്സായിരിക്കണം.
- മീഡിയം/ഹെവി ഗുഡ്സ്/പാസഞ്ചര്/മോട്ടോര് വാഹനങ്ങള് ഓടിക്കുന്നതിന് ഡ്രൈവേഴ്സ് ബാഡ്ജോടുകൂടിയ 3 (മൂന്ന്) വര്ഷത്തെ നിലവിലുള്ള സാധുവായ ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ലൈസന്സ് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.
- മീഡിയം/ഹെവി ഗുഡ്സ്/പാസഞ്ചര്/മോട്ടോര് വാഹനങ്ങള് ഓടിക്കാനുള്ള കഴിവ് ഇത് പി.എസ്.സി നടത്തുന്ന പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയിലൂടെ (T test അടക്കം) തെളിയിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. T ടെസ്റ്റില് വിജയിക്കുന്നവരെ മാത്രമേ റോഡ് ടെസ്റ്റില് പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കുകയുള്ളു.
