(b) Diploma in Electrical Engineering of a recognized Institution after three years course of study.
In the absence of candidates possessing the qualifications mentioned in (b) above, a Certificate in Electrical Engineering, issued after a course of 2 years from any one of the Technical Schools, recognized by Government and 5 years experience under the Kerala State Electricity Board or in an Electricity undertaking recognized by the Government. The experience prescribed shall be one acquired after obtaining the basic academic or other qualification.
