- Must have atleast 5 years experience as Blacksmith gained after acquiring the technical qualification of NTC in Blacksmithy Trade and must be able to fabricate, maintain and repair steel items of furniture and other equipments. The experience acquired from Institutions other than Government/Quasi Government must be registered under the Companies Act, the SSI Act or under the Co-operative Societies Act.
