(b) Technical :- 1. Plumber’s Trade Certificate of the Industrial Training Institutes ;
OR
2. Work Establishment Service as Plumber in water Works for not less than five years.
OR
3. Five years practical experience in Plumbing in any recognised or approved engineering firm
OR
4. Any equivalent qualification.
