   3. Successful completion of the subordinate Personal Training Course conducted by the Co-Operative Department.
   4. Junior Diploma in Co-operation awarded by the State Coopertive Union Kerala.
3. B.Sc.(Co-Operation and Banking) Degree of the Kerala Agricultural University
4. Diploma in Rural Services with Co-Operation as special subject awarded by the National Council for Rural Higher Education.
