Degree in Mechanical, Agricultural or Mining Engineering
(a) A Certificate in Water well or rock drilling sponsored by the Indian School of Mining Dhanbad or the Institute of Technology Kharagpur OR (b) Five years experience in drilling and familiarity with operational characteristics of different types of drilling rigs (Direct Rotary reverse circulation or down the hole hammer) in State/ Organisation(s)
The Degrees/ Diplomas awarded by UGC approved Universities or Institutions established through an Act passed by Parliament/ State Legislative Assembly in accordance with the conditions laid down in G.O.(MS)No. 526/PD dated 17.07.1965 are acceptable for appointment in Government Services.
