Qualifications
Must Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto.
OR
Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers in India in Civil Engineering.
In addition to the above, in the case of Overseers / Draftsman, Clerks, Last Grade Servants they should have rendered not less than 2 years service in the respective categories in the Irrigation Department.
